Project overview
St. Bartholomew’s Place plays a central role in the transformative Medway regeneration, offering high-quality homes, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and the revival of the iconic Grade II-listed building as a community asset. Phase 1 brought 89 modern apartments to market, with over 30 purchased by first-time buyers through the Help to Buy scheme. Phase 2 continues this transformation by redeveloping the former nurses’ accommodation, delivering 67 additional apartments that effortlessly combine Georgian heritage with contemporary, high-specification design.
