These terms apply to mcrproperty.com and the pages, information and services made available through it. A subsidiary, operating brand, property or service within MCR Property Group may provide additional terms, notices or contractual documents. Where there is a conflict, the terms relating specifically to that property, service or transaction will take priority.

2. About MCR Property Group

MCR Property Group is made up of different legal entities, including subsidiaries, special purpose vehicles, operating brands and managed entities. In these terms, MCR Property Group, MCR, we, us and our refer to the relevant MCR company responsible for the website content, property, service or enquiry concerned.

The relevant legal entity for a proposed transaction or service will normally be identified in correspondence, property particulars, heads of terms, booking documents, tenancy documents, sale documents or another written agreement. Information about the relevant entity is also available on request.

3. Other terms that may apply

Availability, ownership, tenure, uses, measurements, areas, plans, maps, photographs, computer generated images, specifications, rents, prices, service charges, incentives, travel times, planning status, development programmes and completion dates may change and may be approximate.

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer, warranty, representation, property particular or contractual commitment unless it is expressly confirmed in a written agreement signed by the relevant MCR company. Prospective occupiers, purchasers, sellers, investors, funders and other parties must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy and suitability of information through their own inspections, enquiries and professional advisers.

Computer generated images, plans and development material are illustrative. Final design, finishes, landscaping, amenities and surrounding development may differ, subject to design development, planning, technical requirements and availability.

Where you submit a property opportunity, acquisition proposal, enquiry or other material, you permit the relevant MCR companies and their professional advisers to use, copy, review and share it as reasonably necessary to assess the opportunity, respond to the enquiry, undertake due diligence and consider a possible transaction.

Submitting an opportunity does not create an agency, advisory, fiduciary, confidentiality, exclusivity or contractual relationship, and does not require MCR to respond, proceed or reimburse any cost. Any confidentiality obligation must be agreed separately in writing.

9. Links and third party services

The website may link to websites, booking platforms, portals, social networks, agents, advisers and services operated by other organisations. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that MCR controls, approves or accepts responsibility for those websites or their content.
