Comprising a total of 54,636 sq. ft. over seven units, Edward VII Quay is furnished to a high standard, providing exemplary office accommodation to first-class occupiers, including Barclays Bank, N-Compass, Places for People Energy, Test Direct and Virgin Care.
The letting was managed by Preston-based commercial property consultants, Robert Pinkus & Co.

Charles Denby, asset manager at MCR Property Group, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Gulf Gas & Power UK to Edward VII Quay. The development continues to attract high profile businesses that require high-quality office accommodation and fantastic transport connectivity.”

Tony Stiff, chairman at Gulf Gas & Power UK, said: “We’re a fast-paced business with growth aspirations, so we needed an office location which would give us the space to grow as well as giving us great links to Preston and the surrounding areas. Edward VII Quay has not only provided this, but has also allowed us to put a stamp on our office space, enabling us to create a better place for our staff to work.”
Danny Pinkus, letting agent from Robert Pinkus & Co, said: “This letting is one of several successes that have been achieved here over the last 12 months. It reinforces both the quality of the space at Edward VII Quay and the importance of MCR Property Group taking a pragmatic, customer-focussed approach to attracting new tenants.

“The large amount of car parking available is another reason for the success of this development, as this is such an important consideration for tenants. Further suites are available on flexible terms and with other lettings in the pipeline we hope to announce more new tenants very soon.”
Preston benefits from excellent transport links, easily accessible by the M6, M61 and M55 motorways and a rail network served by direct routes to Manchester, London and Glasgow.
