The Old Works in High Wycombe is a transformative project featuring 228 one- and two-bedroom apartments in a stunning warehouse-style development that seamlessly blends Victorian industrial architecture with modern elegance. Our sales and retention strategy for this development was to divide it into distinct approaches: retaining three blocks for long-term management and selling one block to the open market, including to PRS investors. During Phase 1, 85 individual units were sold off-plan, with over half purchased through shared ownership schemes, providing first-time buyers an accessible route to homeownership.
