Overlooking Valley Gardens in Harrogate, Windsor House is a landmark seven-storey building with more than a century of local history. Built in 1903 as the Grand Hotel, it has evolved into one of the town’s most established business addresses, combining distinctive period character with flexible workspace, on-site amenities and extensive parking. Its prominent setting, scale and enduring relevance make it a natural fit with MCR’s approach to acquiring well-located assets with the potential to perform for the long term.
