MCR Property Group completes sale of Twibell Street industrial asset

MCR Property Group has completed the sale of its industrial asset on Twibell Street in Barnsley.

The 73,286 sq ft property formed part of MCR's national industrial portfolio and provided adaptable accommodation for operational, storage and distribution uses.

During its ownership, MCR pursued a focused programme of active asset management, working to support occupiers and strengthen the property's long-term position within the local industrial market.
