MCR Property Group completes 64-home Eighth Avenue development in Aylesbury

MCR Property Group has completed Eighth Avenue, a new residential neighbourhood of 64 contemporary homes in Aylesbury.

The development provides a mix of two- to five-bedroom homes designed around modern family life, with flexible interiors, landscaped communal areas and a purpose-built play space.

Delivered on the former car park of Oxford House, Eighth Avenue has transformed an underused site into an established new community within walking distance of Aylesbury railway station and the town centre. Residents benefit from convenient access to local schools, everyday amenities and regional transport connections.

Delivering homes for Aylesbury

The completed scheme includes 15 affordable homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, delivered under a £6 million Section 106 agreement. This forms part of the wider mix of homes created across the development and supports a broader range of housing needs within the local community.
