Aven Industrial Park secures four new occupiers as leasing activity tops 34,000 sq ft

MCR Property Group has secured four new occupiers at Aven Industrial Park in Rotherham, further strengthening the tenant mix at the 26 acre industrial estate.

Reconome Technologies, Scott Airbrush Work, Tools & Plant and Toddler Play UK have taken around 22,000 sq ft between them. Reconome Technologies has completed the largest letting, occupying several units totalling 15,600 sq ft.

Several existing occupiers have also renewed their leases, taking total recent leasing activity at Aven Industrial Park to more than 34,000 sq ft.

Active management supporting occupier demand

Aven Industrial Park comprises 49 industrial, warehouse and office units extending to 182,720 sq ft. The estate is located on Tickhill Road, around one mile from Maltby town centre, with direct access to Junction 1 of the M18 and onward connections to the A1(M) and M1.

MCR continues to invest in the estate through targeted refurbishment and active asset management, improving the quality and relevance of the accommodation while supporting occupier retention and long term income performance.

Further refurbished accommodation remains available, with units ranging from approximately 3,400 sq ft to 10,551 sq ft, suitable for a range of industrial, warehouse, trade and storage uses.
