One Brunswick Square extends to 50,116 sq ft and includes more than 25,000 sq ft of refurbished workspace across the first and third floors.
The city centre building is located between Cabot Circus and Bristol Temple Meads and has undergone refurbishment to provide updated office accommodation.

Milford House comprises a 50,405 sq ft office building in central Swindon, close to the town’s railway station.
The asset is currently income-producing, providing a base for future leasing activity.
The acquisition represents MCR’s second investment in Swindon in recent months, with the firm continuing to target locations where it sees opportunities to enhance value through active management.
Henry Routledge, acquisitions associate at MCR Property Group, said: “This was a transaction where we were able to move quickly and decisively, supported by capital ready to deploy.
“We have a clear view on the type of assets we want to acquire, well-located buildings with strong fundamentals and the opportunity to drive performance through active management.
“Working closely with the vendor and agents, we were able to execute at pace and secure two assets that fit directly within our strategy.”
