Currently valued at circa £300m, MCR's diverse commercial portfolio comprises high street retail, shopping centres, industrial and prime office investments, throughout the UK. The size and quality of the portfolio continues to be improved through strategic acquisition and active asset management.

Investments are targeted that offer the potential to add value and, once acquired, a specific asset strategy plan is formulated and implemented for each individual property. MCR's in-house team of asset managers is highly motivated and dedicated to generating outstanding returns, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with its tenants.

  • All commercial sectors, including offices, retail, leisure and industrial throughout the United Kingdom;
  • Individual lot sizes from £1m to £100m;
  • Individual properties or portfolios;
  • Overseas opportunities considered;
  • Development opportunities;
  • Any land opportunities, rural and urban;
  • OPCO/ PROPCO type portfolios considered, including: student accommodation, healthcare, pubs and hotels;
  • Most property considered: conversion/ new build, with or without planning permission.
