With a current pipeline that allows us to buy and sell an asset a week, our aspirations for further growth continues, focusing on the successfully delivery of assets in the market. We work well in both traditional and innovative property sectors, and are flexible in our approach, allowing us to quickly respond to shifts in demand and the wider market.

Asset Management

MCR has four principal teams led by dedicated and motivated Asset Managers. The Asset Management teams work to parameters set within a framework of strict governance and reporting requirements, to ensure enhanced results are delivered as quickly as possible to reduce the potential of exogenous market shocks. Whilst project timescales and delivery are monitored at every stage, MCR encourages creativity and dynamism within in its organisation,giving ownership to the teams, allowing each asset’s maximum potential return to be realised.
