MCR will bring 27 residential units to Manchester city centre, split between two separate structures, located on both Marshall Street and Mason Street. The latter of the buildings, Mason Street, will house 13 units, whilst the Marshall Street development will consist of 14 units. Marshall & Mason Street as a whole will be worth £7 million upon completion.
Both apartment buildings are within walking-distance of Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly Train Station and as such, benefit from the abundance of connectivity links they offer to major domestic cities like Leeds, Edinburgh and London, as well as all Greater Manchester boroughs. In addition, there are tram links located only 2 minutes away from the development.
