A grade II-listed office building in Liverpool which is home to law firms Canter Levin Berg and Kirwans has been acquired.
Property investment and development company Glenbrook has acquired No 1 Temple Square from MCR Property Group.
Located off Temple Street, No. 1. Temple Square is a multi-let office building offering 18,761 sq ft of space. About 40 percent of the property is currently vacant.
The deal marks the first acquisition for Glenbrook since Chris Lloyd joined as investment director last month (June) and follows on from the company’s £6.4m disposal of The Beat in Liverpool city centre earlier in the year.
