Project Description

Plans have been approved for the development of the 16-storey Trafford Plaza; the former Bruntwood office block, into a proposed development to build on an existing carpark at the rear of the former building.  

Upon completion, Trafford Plaza will be comprised of 64 One-Bedroom and 110 Two-Bedroom units, making for a total of 174 apartments with underground car parking spaces.
