MCR Property Group is defying the tough market conditions and has announced 4 lettings within its property portfolio throughout the UK.
Bexley’s Butchers have taken Unit 9 at the increasingly popular Cavendish Walk scheme in Huyton, Merseyside. Bexley’s, recent winner of UK Butcher of the Year, has opened its first shop in Huyton and taken Unit 9 totalling 867 sqft on a 15 year lease at an average rent of £32,000 per annum over the first 5 years.
Volker Rail (formerly know as Grant Rail) has taken 2,655 sqft at the newly refurbished 9 Portland Street in Manchester City centre. The rail contractor has signed a 5 year lease at £18 per sqft and is the first tenant to move into the recently completed building.
Language school, Active Languages Limited has taken Suite 3d (1,381 sqft) at Brook House, Spring Gardens Manchester on a 5 year lease at a rent of £17,262 per annum, which represents £12.50 per sqft. They are the sixth tenant to move into the building within the last year.
Finally Echelon Capital 3 Limited has taken a suite at 19 Albermarle Street, Mayfair, London paying £10,050 per annum representing £30 per sqft. 1,522sqft now remains at the building.
