LETTINGS GALORE FOR MCR

MCR Property Group (MCR) has announced three further lettings at its properties across the UK.
OPS International has taken a further 79.8 sq m (859 sq ft) office accommodation at Brook House, Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre. The industrial solutions provider has signed a five-year lease at a rental of £11,596 per annum. The deal means that 1,167 sq m (12, 558 sq ft) is available on a leasehold basis.
At MCR’s mixed-use scheme, known as Clarendon Square in Hyde, Tameside, Harvey & Thompson has agreed to a 15-year lease at £25,000 per annum.
Fine art dealer, Anthony Mould has taken the second floor, measuring 44.5 sq m (479 sq ft) at 19 Albermarle Street in West London, on a 10-year lease at £28,740 per annum, which represents £60 per sq ft. 173 sq m (1,857 sq ft) of accommodation is available.
On the lettings, Andy Phillips, head of asset management, MCR commented: “These latest lettings have further strengthened our occupancy rate, which is currently at 96%. This figure demonstrates that there are still occupiers in the market, who are looking for the right accommodation at the right deal.”
