The Development Team is principally engaged in the construction of new residential, commercial and mixed use schemes for the Group. It has also been involved in quality conversion and refurbishment for residential and commercial projects.

The team has worked with Manchester City Council and various North West based Housing Associations in providing property for the Manchester Renewal Programme (MRP). Additionally, it is on the list of Preferred Developers at Manchester City Council.

The team is registered with both NHBC and Zurich, offering professional expertise and hands on management skills, aligned to keen cost control, to provide construction solutions at a competitive price. The team overseas the project from the initial procurement of works to delivery of the completed development.

The team is involved in all phases of the project life cycle from working closely with architects and structural surveyors, to scope plans according to the proposed site specifications to the management of planning permission or regulatory issues to site preparation.

A full site based construction programme will commence until completion when the site or buildings will be transferred to either the commercial or residential teams respectively.
